An initial consult will allow us to gain an understanding of your space and the vision you have in mind. It's also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your desires for the job and also the practicalities.

We will guide you on the best ways to find inspiration for your garden and discuss plant and/or building options that will best suit you, your location and budget.

​

If you're a visual person and would like to see how your project will look on paper first, for an additional fee, we can have your space architecturally designed.

2. How much will it cost?

There's no hidden costs here at Zorba's. We provide detailed, upfront costs which will state the entire amount required to complete your project.

3. Let's do it!

​

Once you accept our proposal, you'll be required to sign a contract before we get the ball rolling.

​

We will share our detailed plan with you:

-Timeline 

-Payment schedule

-Any permits which may be required 

-Plant and material selections 

-Construction requirements

-Lighting and irrigation instillation 

-Technical information

Prior to starting the job, we'll meet up on site to discuss your project in detail and answer any questions you may have.

​

4. Construction

​

We will ensure you know when and where everything will be taking place. You'll be notified when tradespeople will be entering the site and what equipment will be used on site.

 

Zorba's Gardens will manage the entire project, taking the stress out of it for you!
